چکیده

The germination stage, which is known to be the most sensitive period of plant development, very salt stress. To determine how stress affected behaviour Pinus nigra Arn. subsp. pallasiana (Lamb.) Holmboe, seeds were germinated at gradually increasing concentrations. detrimental effect increased parallelly concentration. morphological and physiological changes analysed in each application detect concentrations on results evaluated. root stem length, percentage, seed vigour index mass decreased with amount volatile phenolic compounds up 100 mM concentration, while similar parameters other gradual destruction habitats these plants, create sustainable living conditions their ability adapt ever-changing climatic conditions, ecological negativities make it challenging for quality life viability plants. study was aimed defining responses by examining phytochemical content, Anatolian black pine an soil salinity.
